On the quadratic foundation there is a wall of north-south direction (16th cent), the foundation of which lies by 40 cm. higher than the one of the central column. The groundwalls were cut into and/or built upon a Roman road of east-west direction. The northern corner of the foundation of the column has been pulled down for ensuring space for a cellar built in recent times. 289. Medieval grave uncovered between the 2nd and 3rd columns of the southern aisle, to the west of the nuns' choir (3rd grave). At the bottom of the grave there are quad­ratic floor-tiles. The north-eastern cor­ner of the grave was demolished by me­chanized earthworks when the level was lowered. (Viewed from the east. ) 290. North-western corner of the stone-wall surrounding the convent. For ensuring space for the wall a medieval dwelling house was pulled down. Pier of the late Roman aqueduct within the court of the convent, with the remains of two earthen drain-pipes. The medieval and Roman remains were disturbed by a modern bu­ilding. Led into the western earthen pipe the remains of an iron pipe were found; viewed from the south-east. 291.
