s Uj adatok Albertfalva római kori topográfiájához New data on the Roman period topography of Albertfalva (Budapest, XI. ker., Hunyadi János út, Hrsz.: 43573, 43575) 2002. június-augusztus között a 6-os út bővítésével kapcsolatban a Fővárosi Önkormányzat megbízásából régészeti munkákra került sor a régészetileg védett területen, a Budapest, XI. ker., Hunyadi János út nyugati oldalán. Az ásatás során előkerült az Endrődi Anna által 2001-ben feltárt őskori telep eddig nem ismert további keleti szakasza. (ENDRŐDI 2002/2, 81-91.) A munkaterületen két, eddig nem ismert kelet-nyugati irányú római kori árok maradványai is napvilágra kerültek (140., 357. számú objektumok). Az objektumok maradványai, a felszíntől mérve átlagosan 40-80 centiméter között jelentkeztek. Mérhető szélessége 220-280 centiméter. Az árkok közötti távolság 230 méter. A jelenségek „V" formájú aljai, a mai felszíntől mérve 1,10-1,50 uréterre, 20-25 centiméter szélességben mutatkoztak. Betöltésükből Resatus körhöz tartozó bepecsételt díszű, szürke oldaltöredék, mély, sötétszürke tál ol(Budapest XI, Hunyadi János Road, Lm.: 43 573, 43575) Archaeological excavations were conducted preceding the enlargement of route 6 in archaeologicallv protected territory on the western side of Hunyadi János Road (Budapest XI) between June and August 2002, commissioned by the city-government authorities of Budapest. The, so far, unexplored eastern section of the prehistoric settlement, unearthed bv Anna Endrődi in 2001 (ENDRŐDI 2002, 81-91), was brought to light at this time. lire remains of two, until now unknown, east-west running Roman period ditches were also uncovered (features 140 and 357). The remains of the features appeared at depths of between 40 and 80 cm, on average, from the surface. The measurable width was 220-280 cm. with the distance between the ditches being 230 m. The V-shaped bottoms of the features were 20-25 cm wide at a depth of 1.10-1.50 m from the present-dav surface. The following artifacts were recovered
