A szentélynek mindössze két olyan pontján mélyítettünk, amelyet a kutatások korábban nem érintettek. A nyugati szentélyfal külső, északi és déli sarkánál nyitottunk egy-egy szondát. Ennek alapján az északi falalap sárga, homokos altalajba mélyül, mintegy 5-6 sor törtköves, kötőanyag nélküli falazással. A későbbi mithraeum belső kialakításáról a Nagy Tibor féle publikáció beszámol. A jelenlegi kutatás csak szórványos lelet anyagot hozott felplan. The yellow pounded clay floor of the cell of the later mithraeum is known only from the report of Tibor Nagy's excavations. We were not able not find it. The north-south crosssection of the building shows (Fig. 4) that yellow clay filled in the area between the podium wall and the northern closing wall of the shrine. It was observed that the foundation of the later podium wall is much deeper than that of the northern closing wall and the northern enclosure wall of the shrine. The lowermost course
