lelőhely nem állt régészeti védettség alatt, ráadásul sok helyen további ókori emlék előkerülésre lehet számítani. A terület védettségének rendezése mellett, az elmiilt évtől kezdve rendszeres lelőhely-bejárások során ellenőriztük az alábbi területek lelőhelyeit és környéküket: II. ker. Rózsadomb II. ker. Testvérhegy A következő helyeken pedig építkezésekkel, és kábelfektetésekkel kapcsolatos földmunkákat figyeltünk meg, az. aquincumi villaövezetben: Bp. III. ker., Bojtár utca 14. (Hrsz.: 19966/2) Bp. III. ker., Csillaghegyi út 32-34. (Hrsz.: 19916/2) Bp. III. ker., Harsánylejtő Bp. III. ker., Ihiszti út 32. (Hrsz.: 19719/5) Bp. III. ker, Juhász Gyula utca (Hrsz.: 64057/32) continuous, on-going co-ordination with the Building Departments of the local district governments, largely contribute to the success of our work. The new law LXIV/2001 on the protection of the cultural heritage already makes these controls obligatory for the territorially competent museums (§16). Of the Roman period monuments, the Roman villa zone in the Buda hills was most threatened since many of the known sites do not have the status of archaeological protection, and where even more, as yet unrecognized, Roman period monuments can be expected. Beside applying for the protection of the territory, we have controlled the sites and their environments in the following territories, making regular site surveys since last year: District II, Rózsadomb District II, Szemlőhegy District II, Zöldmái District III, Aranyárok District III, Aranyhegy District III, Csúcshegy District III, Harsánylejtő District III, Mocsárosdűlő District III, Remetehegy District III, Táborhegy District III, Testvérhegy
