Az Aquincumi Múzeum kisebb leletmentései és szondázó jellegű feltárásai a 2000. évben - 22. Budapest, III. ker., Szőlőkert köz 7. (Zsidi Paula)

Budapest, III. ker., Szőlőkert köz 7. (Hrsz.: 18878/1) Kerítésépítés földmunkáihoz kapcsolódóan végeztünk feltárást a telken. A kerítésárkon kívül még egy szelvény nyitására is volt lehetőségünk. A szelvényben objektum nem mutatkozott, viszont a humuszos talajból közép és főleg római kori kerámia töredékek kerültek elő. Jól kivehető volt az eredeti talaj lejtése dél-nyugat felé. A kerítésalap árkában a nyugati részben kisebb - talán fa szerkezetű építményhez tartozó - beásások, valamint a keleti részen vízelvezető keskeny árkok rajzolódtak ki. Leletanyag (római kori) elsősorban az árkocskák környékéről kerültek elő. Az előkerült objektumok a Csikós utca- Kaszás dűlő, illetve a Szőlőkert utcai római kori villagazdaság részét alkothatta, ennek villa rustica részéhez tartozhatott. One more trench could be opened beside the ditch for the fence. No feature appeared in the trench, although some sherds from the Middle Ages but mostly from the Roman period were collected in the humus. The original surface sloped to the southwest. Smaller pits, probably from a wooden construction, were found in the western part of the ditch dug for the foundation of the fence. Narrow water channels were outlined in the eastern part. The find material (Roman period) was recovered mainly from the vicinity of the narrow channels. These recovered features were probably associated with the Roman period villa farm, a villa rustica unearthed on Csikós Street, Kaszás-dűlő and Szőlőkert Street. Paula Zsidi
