Au cas où la Banque des Règlements Internationaux n'accepterait pas dans son intégralité le mandat qui lui est confié par le présent Accord, la nomination d'un mandataire (Trustee) se substituant dans la mesure nécessaire à la Banque, serait du ressort du Comité constitué en vertu du présent article. Article 12 Sous réserve de l'approbation du Conseil de la Société des Nations, le Comité de Contrôle pour la Hongrie cessera d'exercer ses fonctions dès la mise en vigueur du présent Accord. Le Gouvernement français, qui est chargé de recueillir les ratifications, est aussi chargé de présenter au Conseil de la Société des Nations la requête nécessaire. Article 13 Tout différend entre les Parties contractantes concernant l'interprétation et l'application du présent Accord sera soumis, pour décision finale, au Tribunal prévu par l'Accord de La Haye du 20 Janvier 1930 avec l'Allemagne, conformément à la procédure qui y est instituée. Any dispute between the Contracting Parties as to the interpretation or application of the present Agreement shall be submitted for final decision to the Tribunal referred to in the Agreement with Germany concluded at The Hague on 20th January 1930 in accordance with the procedure established in that Agreement, provided always that on the occasion of any such dispute the place of the Member appointed by Germany shall be taken by a Member appointed by Hungary.
