939. szám. 93 ACCORD III AGREEMENT No III concernant l'organisation et le fonctionnement d'un Fonds agraire, dit«Fonds A». Création et fonctionnement du Fonds agraire. Par un accord signé ce jour avec le Gouvernement hongrois, il a été prévu la constitution d'un fonds nommé «Fonds agraire institué par les Accords de La Haye du 20 Janvier 1930» et en abrégé «Fonds agraire» ou «Fonds A». La présente Convention a pour but de préciser les conditions de constitution et de fonctionnement de ce "Fonds. Article 1 er Le capital du Fonds est de 219.500.000 couronnes-or (une couronne-or est équivalente à 0,304878 gramme d'or fin). Le chiffre de 219.500.000 couronnesor a été obtenu en prenant pour base les chiffres indiqués dans le mémoire de la Délégation hongroise déposé à la Conférence de La Haye (2 ème Commission : Réparations non allemandes) et. ci-annexé (Annexe A). A cette époque, la Hongrie présentait un total de revendications de 310.000.000 de couronnes-or qui a été réduit à 240.000.000 de couronnes-or. Les chiffres de base, pris dans ledit mémoire pour la valeur moyenne du jugar cadastral dans chacun des pays, doivent en conséquence être réduits dans la proportion de 310 à 240. Depuis et à la suite de nouvelles enquêtes et des modifications de superficies spécifiées aux articles 11 à 19 du présent Accord relatifs à la réforme concerning the organisation and working of an Agrarian Fund, entitled «Fund A». Creation and working of the Agrarian Fund, By an Agreement of even date with the Hungarian Government provision has been made for the constitution of a fund entitled «The Agrarian Fund instituted by The Hague Agreements of 20th January 1930», and, for short, «Agrarian Fund», or «Fund A». The object of the present Agreement is to define the conditions for the constitution and working of this Fund. Article 1, The capital of the Fund amounts to 219,500,000 gold crowns (a gold crown is equivalent to 0.304878 of a gramme of fine gold). The figure of 219,500,000 gold crowns has been arrived at on the basis of the figures indicated in the Hungarian Delegation's memorandum submitted to The Hague Conference (Second Commission : Non-German Reparations) which is appended (Annex A). At that time Hungary presented total claims amounting to 310,000,000 gold crowns which were reduced to 240,000,000 gold crowns. The basic figures adopted in the said memorandum for the average value of the cadastral jugar in each country must therefore be reduced in the proportion of 310 to 240.
