ème Commission : Réparations non allemandes). MEMORANDUM BY THE HUNGARIAN DELEGATION SUBMITTED AT THE HAGUE CONFERENCE (Second Commission : Non German Reparations). La Délégation hongroise désire faciliter, ainsi qu'il suit, le travail qui vise le calcul de la somme nécessaire pour servir de limite maxima à la responsabilité du «Fonds Spécial». Dans ce but, la Délégation hongroise croit pouvoir indiquer les chiffres cidessous. Ces chiffres sont, en ce qui concerne la Roumanie, de nature stricte, les éléments du calcul ayant été fournis par une longue étude approfondie et poursuivie en commun par les Délégations hongroise et roumaine à l'occasion des négociations en vue d'une entente à l'amiable. Ils sont moins stricts, en ce qui concerne la Yougoslavie, le nombre des jugars expropriés n'étant connu que des requêtes, telles qu'elles se trouvent déposées au Tribunal Arbitral Mixte. On peut supposer, toutefois, d'après les règlements yougoslaves de réforme agraire, ainsi que d'après les faits concrets connus, que les propriétés en question ont été expropriées presque en leur totalité.
