Lorsque le capital du Fonds sera ainsi diminué, la différence entre le prix moyen de 226 couronnes-or et l'indemnité moyenne calculée aux fins du présent article à 100 couronnes-or par jugar cadastral sera virée du Fonds A au Fonds B (section tchécoslovaque). Toutefois, il pourra être apporté des correctifs au chiffre de 226 couronnes-or par la Commission de Gestion du Fonds pour tenir compte de la qualité des terres libérées. Article 16 La nomenclature des terres libérées au sens des articles précédents sera, par les soins du Gouvernement tchécoslovaque, notifiée au Fonds, ainsi que le montant des sommes attribuées aux propriétaires en application des lois agraires. La notification fera mention des sommes déduites à titre des charges publiques et des dettes payées, selon la législation locale, le tout payé pour le compte du propriétaire. Article 17 Un examen détaillé des propriétés faisant l'objet de la réforme agraire en Tchécoslovaquie a montré que le Gouvernement de ce Pays, continuant l'application de la réforme agraire, va procéder encore à un certain nombre d'expropriations de terres appartenant à des propriétaires déclarant être ressortissants hongrois ou qui sont présumés l'être. Particulars of the lands released within the meaning of the preceding Articles shall be notified to the Fund by the Czechoslovak Government together with the total of the sums assigned to the owners in application of the agrarian legislation. The notification shall mention the sums deducted under the heading of public liabilities and debts paid, according to local legislation, all these amounts having been paid on account of the owner. Article 17. A detailed examination of the properties forming the subject of the agrarian reform in Czechoslovakia has shown that the Government of that country, in continuing to apply the agrarian reform, is about to proceed to a certain number of expropriations of lands belonging to owners who state that they are of Hungarian nationality or who are presumed to be so.
