Irományszámok - 1910-1055. A magyar királyi belügyminiszter jelentése a magyar országgyülés képviselőházához a "Cunard Steam Ship Co. Limited" liverpooli hajóstársaság szállítási engedélyének meghosszabbítása tárgyában

1055. szám. 437 is érintheti utasok be- és (vagy) kihajózása ós árúk be- ós (vagy) kirakása céljából. Triestben a gőzös csak oly számban vehet fel utasokat, hogy a Fiu-< méban behajózandó összes kivándorlók számára elegendő hely álljon rendelkezésre. A Cunard társaság oly magyar kivándorlók számára, akik a hajónak menetrendszerű indulása előtt 36 órával még Fiúméba nem érkeztek, helyet fentartani nem köteles. 7. §• A Cunard társaság köteles hajójáratainak menetrendjét hat hónapra előre megállapítani és azt érvénybe lépte előtt mindenkor legalább 30 nappal előbb a m. kir. Belügyministerhez jóváhagyás végett bejelenteni. • 8. §. Megengedtetik a Cunard társaságnak, hogy a menetrendben a hajójáratokat akkép ossza be, hogy a,zon hónapokra, melyekben az utasok és árúk forgalma tapasztalat szerint kisebb mérvű, aránylag kevesebb, azon hónapokra pedig, amelyekben nagyobb mérvű, aránylag •több "járat essék. ; 9- §• Amennyiben tapasztalat szerint valamely hajójárat számára elegendő utas és árú nem találkoznék, a m. kir. Belügyminister a Cunard társaság indokolt kérelmére megengedi, hogy a kérdéses hajójárat elmaradhasson. Should experience show that there is not a sufficient supply of passengers and cargo available for any parrticular sailing, it is understood that the Royal Hungárián Minister of Interior shall on the wéll grounded request of the Cunard Company
