1055. szám. 435 5-ik melléklet a 1055. számú irományhoz. Szerződés, melyet a m. kir. Belügyministerium vezetésével megbízott m. kir. Ministereinök a liverpooli Cunard gőzhajózási társasággal (Cunard Steam Ship Co. Limited of Liverpool) az alábbi feltételek szerint kötött. .1: $ A »Cunard Steam Ship Company Limited« a jelen szerződés határozmányai alapján elvállalja Fiume éá New-York, valamint New-York és Fiume között egy személy, posta- és árúszállításra berendezett vonal ellátását, a következő feltételek mellett. 2 §• A Cunard társaság köteles a szerződés első évében, 191 l-ben, a Fiume— New-Yorki vonalon 26 járatot, rendszerint kóthetenkinti indulással, 1912. évi január hó 1-től pedig évi 36 járattal, rendszerint 10 napi indulással rendes hajóforgalmat fenntartani. 3. §. A Cunard társaság köteles a »Saxonia«, »Carpathia«, »Pannonia« Agreement, made between the Royal Hungárián Prime Minister entrusted with the conduct of the Royal Hungárián Ministry of Interior, and the Cunard Steam Ship Company Limited of Liverpool under the following conditions 1. The Cunard Steam Ship Company Limited undertake on the basis of the provisions of the present Agreement to run a line of steamers for the transportation of passengers mails and cargo from Fiume to NewYork and from New-York to Fiume under the following conditions. 2. The Cunard Company is bound to maintain on the Fiume Néwyork route a regular service in the first year of the Contract, in 1911, with 26 voyages sailing as a rule every fortnight, . and beginning from the Ist January 1912 yearly with 36 voyages sailing as a rule every ten days. 3. §. .
