The present Treaty shall be in force for Ten years, counting from the day of the exchange of the Eatiflcations and if iu one year after the expiration of this term, neither the one nor the other of the Two Contraeting Parties shall have announoed by official deolarations its intention that it shall cease to have effect, the said Treaty will remain still obligatory during one year and so onward until the expiration of the twelve months which shall follow the official deolaration iu question at whatever time it may be made. Article XX. * . The present Treaty shall be ratified, and the Eatiflcations shall be exchanged at London in ten months or sooner if possible. In Witness whereof the respective Plenipotentiaries have signed the same and affixed íhereto their respective seals. (A képviselőház által elfogadott szerkezet.) 1. §• ' A hadsereg és hadi tengerészet törvény által szabályozott számerejének biztosítása végett a magyar korona országaira eső 40,933 főnyi ujonczjutaléknak és az ehhez megkívántató 4093 főnyi póttartaléknak kiállítása az 1876-ik évre, az 1868-ik évi XL. törvénvczikk 3-ik, 13-ik és 32-ik szakaszai értelmében megszavaztatik. 2. §. Ezen ujoncz- és póttartaléki jutalékok az 1856-ik, az 1855-ik és 1854-ik évben született hadkötelesek korosztályaiból állitandók Ki. 3. §. A jelen törvény végrehajtásával a honvédelmi minister bizatik meg.
