Emphatic forms are ordered in systemlike patterns, emphaticum, in this sense, belongs to the category ,,emics". On the other hand, emphaticum is to be considered as an accidentai part in communicative processes. So it is a substantial but not a fundamental constituent of any phonological system/speech act. 17*
