List of the persons having double residence, resp. being temporarily present or absent (formula H) The list impressed in red colour aims at the summarizing of the control sheets according to the categories of the population. Register of the persons born between 1880 and 1889 (formula I) In the case of persons aged 90 years or more the individual questionaries had to be copied. Date of birth and address of these persons had to be recorded. Other forms Financial forms 11 different forms have been prepared on the purpose to the accounting of the costs of the census and to the summarizing of the latter. Letter of commission for the census-taker Each census-taker received, for the period of his activity, a letter of commission which served at the same time as an identity card. Letter of commission for the supervisor Similarly to the letter of commission for the census-takers, it served as an identity card for the supervisors. Report on the conclusion of the census The census-takers acting in the communities or towns had'to report, by means of this form, on the conclusion of the operations connected with the registration in the respective region. Notification of the exact time of the registration This form had to be filled in if the family called or did not stay at home at the time of the registration. Instructions for people performing auto-registration This form had to be used in that case only if the census-taker was unable to find the family at home, in spite of repeated visits. 28
