II. APPENDICES. Documentation of the population census - 1. LEGAL RULES GROUNDING THE POPULATION CENSUS

(d) In the period between 29-31 December 1969 - after previous perambulation of the enumeration districts - he organizes meetings for the supervisors and ensures the related works to be done; (e) In the period between 2-14 January 1970 he ensures and controls the starting, the execution and the finishing of the enumeration; (f) Until 19 January 1970 he prepares the summaries of villages (towns); (g) Until 20 January he passes the material of the enumeration and the summaries to the competent directorate of the Central Statistical Office; (h) On 29 January 1970 he passes the census material of persons enumerated later between 15-28 January to the competent directorate of the Central Statistical Office. <S 3 The work of the responsible leaders of the census listed in § 2 is fnanaged, guided and controlled by the competent leader of census of the district, county (town of county rank), and the capital. § 4 The tasks of post-enumeration and checking occurring after the census taking and being in relation with it will be fulfilled also by the responsible census leaders. § 5 The tasks of the responsible census leaders are regulated in details by special instructions. § 6 Census enumeration will be checked by the directorates of the Central Statistical Office. The professional instructions given by the controlling personnel are binding for all organs and persons executing the census. § 7 This order shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation.
