Tumpek Eta: Egy 18. századi tóraszekrény-függöny restaurálása
threads and bouillons of the mirror were consolidated, and then the worn and incomplete embroidery that decorated the central areas of the border were partly completed according to the outlines. With the completion of the embroideries, the worn and barely identifiable flowers and animal figures became once again visible and with the stitching back of the torn filling stitches and the floating silk threads, the appearance of the ornaments became organised. After supporting the applied Stars of David, the curtain was reassembled according to the original stitching lines. For the sake of considerate storing and a decorative exhibition, a cotton-covered back plate (installation) was prepared for the object of art.
