For the mould-making of valuable and unique glass objects the use of the addition type silicone rubber is recommended.

The usability of glass adhesives and completion-materials depend upon their yellowing. The reason of yellowing is the ageing of the synthetic resin, due to light or heat. After the survey of the bibliography of the yellowing of synthetic resins used in glass-restoration, only a couple of synthetic resins left to use for sticking and completing glasses. The names can be found in the article.
