THE MODERN FORMATION OF THE ETHNOGRAPHICAL MUSEUM IN ROME UNDER UNFAVOURABLE CONDITIONS. Abstracts: Some years ago, in the ethnographical museum in Rome, the restorers took note of the fact that the store rooms had become confused, the better part of organic-based objects having beatme insectinfccted. With the effective assistance of the newly elected director of the museum, they started a comprehensive work in protecting the works of art. After making a precise, easy to survey reatrd, in a year, they disinfected, cleaned, and made the necessary conservations. They placed the more than 30 (XX) objects in safe conditions.
