NEMES TAKÁCH, László Japán gyaloghintó konzerválása, restaurálása A Közlekedési Muzeum (11.66.31.1. lelt. sz. ) gyaloghintója keletázsiai - japán - lakkmii. A tanulmány foglalkozik a keletázsiai lakkmüves technikákkal, majd a restaurálás menetét ismerteti. A tisztítás a szennyeződések eltávolitásával kezdődött, zsiralko- holszulfátos áztatással, keféléssel történt. A hiányos aranyozást bronzporos festéssel végeztük, Kohinoor-lakkal rögzítettük. A fémvereteket Metallit-U aranyszínű bronzzal és offset-festékkel aranyoztuk. A hintó belsejét boritó öntött papir tapétát Willy-Tann-féle "T"-oldattal mostuk le, sérüléseit kiegészítettük (geutofix GL 66 ragasztóval). A textil anyagokat "Levapon"- habbal tisztítottuk. A fellevelesedett, felhólyagosodott lakkot Anita Franke és Michaelsen módszerének egyesítésével Planatol BB Superior könyvkötészeti ragasztóval erősítettem vissza. Ezután következett a hiányok pótlása az eredeti technikai eljárással. (A pótláshoz a nyerslakk helyett is kőporos lakkot használtunk. ) A kiegészítés elvégzése után lakkréteggel vontuk be a hintót, majd holettával vasaltuk át. /L. XIV.-XV.t./ Conservation and Restoration of a Japanese Sedan Chair by László NEMES TAKÁCH The sedan chair of the Traffic Museum (inventory no. 11.66.31.1.) is a lacquer object of East-Asian Japanese origin. The paper deals with East-Asian lacquer work and describes the steps of restoration. Cleaning started with the removal of impurities, treatment with fatty alcohol sulphonate solution and brushing. The missing guilding was treated with bronze powder and fixed with Kohinoor lacquer. The metal mountings were guilded with gold-coloured bronze type Metallit-U and offset-paint. The wallpaper lining of the interior of the sedan was washed with a solution "T" according to Willy-Tann and it was completed with glutofix GL 66. The textile materials were cleaned with "Levapon" foam. The flaking, blistering lacquer parts were fastened - by combination of the methods of Anita Franke and Michaelsen - with Planatol BB Superior cement, used in bookbinding. Hereupon followed completing of the missing parts with the original technical procedure. (In completing, stone powder lacquer was also used instead of raw lacquer. ) After completing, the sedan chair was covered with a lacquer layer and ironed with a holette. /See T. XIV.-XV./- 141 -
