Archives by the Prime Minister's Office in 1990. The reference number of these records in the National Archives is XIX-a-83-a. All of the published minutes can be found under this reference number. This publication has been compiled from the fair copies of minutes of the cabinet meetings. Original minutes were signed and in some places corrected by the Premier, cabinet members or the recorder. You will be informed about the notes belonging to the minutes. We have published the most important notes in full although some of these notes could be found in other group of records. The less important notes are summarized in footnotes. We have mentioned the existence of a note even ifit didn't contain detailed information. During compilation of this volume we adhered to the literal publication. Appendix I. contains the list of notes which were approved by circulation and were not included in the minutes of cabinet meetings. Appendix II. contains the items on the agenda of the economic cabinet meetings. We tried to give the most important information on the circumstances of the activity of the National Provisional Government in the introductory chapter of this volume. List of items on the agenda of cabinet meetings, indexes of three different kinds, table on the participants of the meetings and list of abbreviations also can be found in this volume. 790
