Szent Györgyi Mária: A Magyar Országos Levéltár anyagáról készült mikrofilmek a Filmtárban 1972. január 1-én Tematikai alapleltár (Levéltári alapleltárak I. Országos Levéltár 13. Budapest, 1972)

Film Library serial number, the right-hand figura the serial number of the originál archivál unit. The left-hand dátum of the second line shows the reel and shot number of the division, the right-hand dátum shows the shelf-number of the reel. A film üst is drawn up of the microfilms upon their completion and registration; this üst describes the archivál matériái to be found in a given reel. Film lists may be necessary for research work with films. Since filming presupposes an arranged state of the matériái, the thematic summary inventory does not speak of the arranged or discarded state of the archivál matériái contained in the film.. The text describing the matériái has been drawn up for the most part on the basis of the summary inventory of the various sections and on the basis of the film list. Disproportion appearing in given cases is explained by the nature of the matériái and alsó by the dissimilar wording of the summary inventories. The thematic summary inventory is an aid alsó for those who wish to order film copies of certain parts of the archivalia of the National Archives, or want to borrow films for use in this country. The film reels run 30 metres as a rule, but there are alsó partial reels in the case of certain divisions. The shelf /can/ number of the reels should be given when ordering. Complete reels, or their major connected parts can be ordered. On request the National Archives send a xerox copy of the list of certain parts of divisions or film reels. The use and copying of films is governed by the same provisions which regulate research work connected with filmed documents. Thus no copy may be made of matériái under research restriction.
