Cysticercus martis found in the Hungarian material corresponds in all aspects with the larvae from Switzerland described by WAHL (1967), only the upper limit of length measurements is apparently smaller (50 mm in WAHL and 30 mm in this sutdy). It must be noted here that a regrettable misprint occurred in MURAI & TENORA (1973): the maximum body length of the larvae was given as 60 mm. No such large specimens have been found in the material. All larvae were monocephalic . Only semi-developed hooks were found in a young larva 2 mm in diameter (Fig. 13). One globular Cysticercus 5 mm in diameter possessed rostellar hooks characteristic for the species. It is assumed that the larvae continually grow in size after the development of the scolex, so a size of 50 mm may eventually be reached. 3. Taenia pisiformis (Bloch, 1780) Gmelin, 1790 Name of larva: Cysticercus pisiformis (Bloch, 1780). Intermediate hosts: L epus europaeus , Oryctolagus cuniculus. - Localization: Liver and body cavity. - Extensity: 17.3% in Lepus europaeus , and 61% in Oryctolagus cuniculus examined. - Intensity: 3-350 specimens.
