Marisia XXXVI Surse documentare privind problema Holocaustului Vasile STANCU Documentary sources on the Holocaust Abstract The author deals with the problem of Hungarian Jews, including those from Transylvania ceded territory after the Vienna Award of August 30, 1940, calling, in particular, two Hungarian documentary sources. The first one is a little known work in Romania, respectively Bereczky Albert's book Hungarian Protestantism against Jews persecution (A Magyar protestantizmus of zsidóüldözések ellen), written in 1945. The author of this book, Rev. Albert Bereczky и/as during the war, the representative of the Protestant Churches from Hungary (Reformed and Evangelical), beside governments of Hungary and regent Horthy, with strong ties to senior officials secular and religious, a good connoiseur of Hungarian domestic politics. The purpose of the paper is the prosecution of committed acts against Jews by bringing perpetrators before the courts.
