Minimum management measures to maintain the favorable conservation status of the habitats and species- 91V0 Dacian beech forests (Sympbyto-Fagion);- 9410 Acidophilous Picea forests of the montane to alpine levels {Yaccinio-Piceetea). The site is characterized by the presence of important species: 10 species of mammals (.Barbastella barbastellus, * Canis lupus, Lutra lutra, Lynx lynx, Miniopterus schreibersi, Myotis blythi, Myotis myotis, Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Rhinolophus hipposideros-, * Ursus arctos), two amphibian species (Bombina variegata, Triturus vulgaris ampelensis), 9 species of invertebrates (*Austropotamobius torrentium, *Callimorpha quatripunctaria, Eriogaster catax, Euphydryas aurinia, Gortyna borelii lunata, Lycaena dispar, Pilemia tigrina, Rosalia alpina, Osmoderma eremita), 4 species of fish (Barbus meridionalis, Cottus gobio, Eudontomyzon danfordi, Sabanejewia aurata), two angiosperm species (Campanula serrata, Pulsatilla patens) and one species of mosses (Dicranum viride). The protection and conservation of the habitats of community interest required some general management measures, applicable for the maintaining optimal levels of all these habitats, such as:- mapping, maintenance and enhancement of existing habitats as well as the population monitoring;- prohibition of any cuts in priority forest habitats of community interest (91E0* Alluvial forests with Alnus glutinosa and Fraxinus excelsior, 9180* Tilio-Acerion forests of slopes, screes and ravines);- draining prohibition;- prohibition of forest roads construction in priority forest habitats of community interest (91E0* Alluvial forests with Alnus glutinosa and Fraxinus excelsior, 9180* Tilio-Acerion forests of slopes, screes and ravines);- promotion of natural and mixed regenerations using local species;- prohibiting the extraction of construction materials;- harvest regulation for plants, fruits, mushrooms in priority habitats of community interest;- grazing regulation and maintaining under the control of domestic livestock;- control of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and amendments use;- prohibition of burning vegetation. In particular, each habitat type requires special management measures, which we will detail for each type of habitat in part: 8310 Caves not open to the public (Cioclovina Dry, §ura Mare, Cälianu):- prohibition of visiting during the maternity of bats, except chiropterologists;- prohibition of deterioration of existing protection ecosystems;- prohibition of abandonment in cave: slam, garbage or any kind of organic matter;- prohibition of fire/primus;- do not enter into the cave with dirty overalls and boots from another cave;- moving into the cave to be made in a single row, without exceeding the existing trail. 6230* Species-rich Nardus grasslands, on siliceous substrates in mountain areas (and sub-mountain areas, in Continental Europe):- habitat mapping, highlighting both areas in a favorable conservation status and the degradated surfaces;- continuation of the traditional grazing in combination, which allows preservation of this type of habitat;- avoiding the overgrazing which causes degradation and a decrease of specific richness of these grasslands; 83
