XVII-XIX THE EXHIBITION: CENTRAL TRANSYLVANIAN POTTERY, 17TH-19TH CENTURIES The Exhibition: “Central Transylvanian Pottery, 17th-igth centuries” organized by the Mures County Museum, Department of Ethnography and Folklore in Targu-Mures and inaugurated on 14 May 2011 to the events of Night of Museums, was conducted in partnership with the ASTRA National Museum Complex, the “Emil Sigerus” Museum of Ethnography and Saxon Folk Art, Sibiu - expert consultant Karla Ms. Rosea, both for making the exhibition themes and for specialized research of ceramic collections. The originality of the exhibition was given by exposing pottery from excavations, the pottery guild from Tärgu Mures with ceramic from village centers. The pottery centres presented in the exhibition were established based on the trade and exchange area of the town of Targu-Mures: Turda,
