Botany
The vegetation of shrubs in Moresti area (Mures County) floristic composition of the association diagnostic species of the class and order can be found, and also a series of species belonging to Artemisietea vulgaris and Epilobietea angustifolii classes. The edifying species, Sambucus ebulus, distinguishes itself by a high coverage and consistency (Table 1). With its characteristic habitus, danewort gives a particular physiognomy to these phytocoenoses. Depending on moisture, temperature and soil reaction factors, (Fig. 1), mesophilous (47.23%), micro-mesothermal (69.45%), and low-acid neutrophilous species (36.12 %) have the leading role in the association. The predominant bioforms are hemicryptophytes (69.44%), followed by terophytes (25%), (Fig. 2). In the forming of the floristic composition of the association, the Eurasian species (27.28%), and Paleotemperate species (22.23%) are predominant. Also, a significant number of Eurosiberian species (11.2%) and Circumpolar species (11.12%) (Fig. 3) can be found. In the caryological spectrum (Fig. 4) the predominate species are diploid (52.78%), followed by the polyploid species (44.45%). Diplo-polyploid species are present in a percentage of 2.78%.
