that people who isn't relative with the dead and who isn't neighbour with the dead. The dead himself is a stranger in the other world, so all the funeral gifts were given to the strangers. The stranger is in that case the poor. So at Stänceni village, on the Mures Valley, they give the "diner for the dead" to the relative, the neighbors and the strangers.

In the XIX-XX century appears a new kind of property, the individual property that made a lot of changes in the system of rituals and increase the role of the nuclear family on the burial and limits the role of the large family and the others community structure in the funeral.
