Now it is time to enroll in the Hungarian school for the coming year. There are four different levels of class for adults, according to their knowledge of the language. Also, there is a class for children from age five and up. Classes are held at the Fairfield Woods Middle School every Monday from 7 to 8:15 P.M., starting on September 29th.The school is located on Fairfield Woods Road behind the library. It is named after Mary Katona, a previous president of the organization. It is meant to help students of Hungarian background enrolled in higher education. Among the requirements are ethnic origin, acceptable accomplishment in studies, participation in some local Hungarian community activity, recommendation, a two page essay.
