They plan to recapture the Seventeenth Century which was noted for its enlightenment in political and religious tolerance, as well as, for advancement in the areas of education, literature and philosophy .The food and music, both instrumental and vocal, will be appropriate for that period. The cost of dinner and dancing is $80.00 per person Proceeds from this year's Gala will be used for continued support of the Teleki-Bolyai Library , as well, as grants to support education of ethnic Hungarians at both high school and college levels, in Transylvania and Partium. Call 368-3103 for further information. Scholarship The American Hungarian Heritage Association (Á.H.H.A.) announces its annual Scholarship Program for the year 2003. Students who are enrolled in higher education during the fall semester, and live approximately within 50 miles of Greater Bridgeport may apply. Naturally Hungarian background is considered, also activity in the Hungarian community.
