The drawing on the left shows the crowd waiting for copies of the National Song, written by Sándor Petőfi, in front of the Länderer and Heckenast Printshop. In the first floor window Petőfi is standing and showing the first copy of the press.

Below, the picture shows one of the fierce battles. This one is at the Castle Hill in Buda.

A contemporary drawing depicts Petőfi in soldier s uniform at the camp.

The insert on the bottom is the spot at the Sárpatak bridge where Petőfi was last seen during the battle of Segesvár.
