NOV. 1. SUNDAY afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00 PM ST. EMERY FEASTDAY (Búcsú) Pork DINNER­­DANCE at School Hall. B.Y.O.B. Set-ups will be provided. Door Prizes and Raffle. Donation $15.00. Dancing to the music of Budapest Melodies. NOV. 7. SATURDAY from 11 AM to 3 PM the Hungarian Reformed Church of So. Norwalk will hold the ANNUAL HARVEST FAIR at the Carpenter's Union Hall at 35 Pulaski Street in Norwalk. Hungarian pastries, hurka and kolbász will be sold as well as stuffed cabbage, palacsinta, chick­en paprikás, and kolbász sandwiches. There will be BEANIE BABIES, crafts and Hungarian items to purchase along with a “white elephant” sale. NOV. 15. SUNDAY at 12:00 noon at the Bessemer Center the United Church of Christ will have their annual APPRECIATION LUNCHEON honoring a member of the church. Cheese and crackers, salad, Chicken Paprikás with dumplings will be served with a complimen­tary glass of wine. Also desert, tea or coffee. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for chil­dren 5-12. SATURDAY 10 AM to 4 PM at the Bessemer Center the United Church of Christ will hold the annual CRAFT FAIR, TAG SALE and FLEA MARKET. Traditional Hungarian pastries and food will be available. Also raffles and many crafts. For information call 367-5213, Barbara Poruban. NOV. 21 SATURDAY 10 AM to 6 PM the Calvin United Church of Christ will hold the HOLIDAY FAIR. There will be baked goods, csiga, country store, crafts, Hungarian table, white elephant, raf­fles and much more. Also tea table with pastries. Lunch will be served, and at 5 PM stuffed cab­bage dinner at 901 Kings Highway. Because of change in the Raffle Permit the date of drawing for the cruise and other prizes has been changed to December 6 from the original date of October 11. First United Church of Christ. The American Hungarian Foundation MUSEUM opened a new exhibit. It is a retrospective on the famous Hungarian photographer Suzanne Szász. The exhibit is open until January 31, 1999.
