EVENTS OF APRIL 1991 For addresses and phone number see listing under regular schedules. 400 YEARS OLD AND STILL TALKED ABOUT The St. Ladislaus Social Center in Norwalk was the scene of a very interesting lecture on the Karolyi, or Vizsoly Bible. Last year it was400 years old and you could find new editions of it in our Hungarian churches. Rev. Dr. Joseph Vásárhelyi gave an in-depth description of the historical background. He talked about Karolyi and the outstanding work he did. Reverend also gave an account of the production techniques that were great accomplishments, and by European standards it was an unbelievable task. Following the lecture, we had the usual Hungarian hospitality with those delicious cakes and cookies. EVERY SUNDAY at 12:00 noon at the Hungarian Reformed Church, Norwalk, VIDEO PRESENTATION with Young People's Lunch. APRIL 7, SUNDAY, 2 P.M., United Hall. Women's Guild of First United Church of Christ sponsors a Card Party. Hungarian Pastries. Raffle. Donation $3.00. APRIL 14, SUNDAY, 11 A M. Calvin United Church of Christ with the participation of all Hungarian Reformed Churches of Connecticut The guest minister will be Kalman Csiha, the newly elected Bishop in Transylvania. At 12:30 noon a BANQUET in honor of Bishop Csiha. The proceeds will help rebuild Hungarian schools and churches in Transylvania. Donation $15.00. APRIL 14, SUNDAY, 2 P.M.
