The leaders and councils are urged to respect and follow the Constitution and by-Laws of our church with a major emphasis on the spiritual care of the members. 2.It is recommended that when the Dean specifically expresses the he has no intention of accepting his annual honorarium, he should be offered the opportunity to designate a congregation or, in his judgment, a good cause to receive funding in the amount of his honorarium. 3. The meeting urges each congregation to send at least one delegate to each Classis meeting. 4. The meeting strongly recommends to the Assemblies of the Synod that the first day should be devoted to topics concerning all the congregations of the Hungarian Reformed Church in America, and on the second day, each Classis should hold their own annual meetings. 5. The meeting recommends that the leaders and officers of the Classis and the Synod exert a greater influence and authority in supporting the individual congregations in their legal and other difficulties. *** “CURA PASTORALIS - A LELKIGONDOZAS JELENTŐSEGE”, an excellent paper in Hungarian was presented by the Rt.
