The dinner in honor of the team from the Lorantffy Society preparing the monthly sausage-sale was attended by sixty people: members of the team and their spouses and the elders and their wives. Chief Elder Leonard Sendelsky gave the testimonial address; Pastor Dr. Harsanyi spoke about the history of the words “kolbász” and “hurka.” Examination of confirmands will take place Tuesday, May 6, 6:30; confirmation on Sunday, May 11, 9:30; the newly confirmed young people will share in holy communion on Pentecost Sunday, at the first service.
