Statistics from the past year: Baptism: Stephen Joseph, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Papai Jr. Deceased: Mr. Frank Todash Sr. at the age of 54. Mrs. Frank Nagy Sr. at the age of 78. Mrs. Louis Simon at the age of 86, and Mr. Steve Boldizsár at the age of 70. The total membership of the church was 176. Members of registered child­ren in our Sunday School was 28. On our voting list we had 91 persons. STATEN ISLAND, N. Y. Thanks and appreciation was ex­pressed to Mr. Louis Kish, retiring chief elder, who faithfully served the church for many years. There was an “installation dinner” to honor the newly elected officers and elders on February 17th. A “chinese auction” is scheduled in the church hall for March 8th. Please, keep the date in mind. Baptism: Leslie Korsos, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. László Korsos was baptized on February 3rd. Godparents: Jutka Korsos in Hungary and Robert Kroslin. Funeral: Louis Balazsi was buried on January 30th. The four Sunday School rooms under the church were built from the dona­tions our church received in memory of our departed church members. A plaque preserves their beloved memory. Our new organist is Mr. Edward Hat­­rak. YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO From the Annual Report: receipts in 1973, including the $7,693.60 balance from 1972, was $34,343.81, expenses $27,438.65 (which includes $4,000.00 transferred to the Savings Account), leaving a balance of $6,905.16. The church owes to the American Hungarian Reformed Federation $6,999.92. Vital statistics from 1973: 2 bap­tisms, 8 confirmed, no weddings and 7 funerals. During the past year we had the parish house painted, a few church windows painted and a part of the in­terior of the church painted. We serve the Hungarian Reformed people through the Hungarian Radio in co­operation with other Hungarian churches in the Mahoning Valley. The radio service can be heard every Sun­day morning at 9, on WPIC-FM radio, 102.9 on your dial. On January 21st we buried Mrs. Gabriel Varga (Elizabeth Vargo), whom the Lord called home after 80 years on this earth. On January 24th we buried Mr. Alexander Vargo, whom the Lord called home after 65 years on this earth. The comforting power of God be with the sorrowing families. Egyházunk elmúlt évi bevétele 62,- 814.31 teljes kiadása 57,681.44 volt. Január 23-án eltemettük Jacobs La­jost, 72. A “KÁLVIN KÖR” és a “NŐI KÖR” aktív munkát végzett az elmúlt évben és jelenleg is jól munkálkodik.
