This great success is due to the wonderful effort of the ladies who put many hours for weeks into making crafts that were used as prizes, as decorations and as items for sale. They also made many kinds of candies. Each of the ladies brought three big bowls of salad (jelly, fruit and meat). They had a clear profit close to $1,400. The Lord’s Supper was served to the sick and shut-in members at their homes before Christmas. The elders and members of the congregation went caroling in four groups on Dec. 23. The same day our Sunday School teachers presented their Christmas Party. More information next time. The Lord’s Supper was served on Dec. 20 during an English service at 7:00 P.M. for those who could not attend the Christmas Day service.
