1 MAGYAR EGYHÁZ 9 Are you accepting this responsibility, or do you rather spend all of your energy in criticizing others, such as our youth and ministers, or anyone available, in want of a reasonable contribution to the cause of the Gospel! Dear Youth! Let Christ’s Body hear your concerned voice, seek and find within your own church people who are willing and able to accept you for what you are and for what you stand and what you desire. Closing the generation-gap is as much your responsibility as any one else’s! Hungarian Reformed Christianity cannot afford to waste any more time finding unity. Our able leaders of the churches and our youth must take the initiative to work out an acceptable plan NOW! Church life is declining in many of our communities. Church bells are slowly fading into silence. This does not have to happen, and it will not happen, unless we help it and let it happen. The question is not WHO is guilty, but what are YOU going to do about it NOW ? Instead of complaining about bells fading into silence, let us all grab the ropes and pull together! Louis Illés P.S. If you feel, there is still hope, and I am convinced there is, call on your pastor, or write to the editor of this paper, or write to me. “Bug” your pastor if you never see his name under an article, or if you don’t find your congregation’s name among the congregational news! The editorial committee’s name and address is published on the inside cover of this paper. Don’t complain, write, or do something, or . . . forever hold your peace! The Boy Jesus in the Temple. Lu. 2:41-50. NEWS FROM THE CONGREGATIONS AKRON, OHIO The next meeting of the Western Classis will be held in our church on February 13th, at 3:30 P.M.
