The Women’s Club’s calendar marks the following future events: a fashion show, a parade of songs, noodle making evenings and baking for Easter. The first two of these events are open to the public. The Women’s Club was in charge of the church office at the local hospital with the pastor serving as chaplain. Funeral: Mrs. Elizabeth Wargo on March 4th. Interment fallowed in our cemetery. McKeesport, pa. Holy Week Worship Services: During Holy Week we are going to have services every evening. Holy Thursday and Good Friday in English, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday in Hungarian. Ilona Varga and Ronald Czebrowski’s marriage will take place on April 4th. The 45th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Bertalan Bercik and the house dedication of their son Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bercik took place on February 22nd. BOEBLING, N. J. To honor the elected officers of all organizations the Women’s Guild sponsored the annual Installation Dinner on March 15. The Church Council decided to install a tone amplifying system in the sanctuary. We ask our members to donate for this very timely instrument. Our installation dinner was on March 15; Bishop Dezső Ábrahám was our guest. Wayne Cutler, our elder, will join the Navy; we pray our Lord bless him and protect him. On February 13 th we buried Andrew Batary, 89, a charter member of the congregation; for 14 years he served as chief elder and after that he was elected honorary chief elder. Keresztszülők lettek Sándor József és Spisák Anita. Február 18-án megérkezett gyülekezetünkbe Bartos Mihály testvérünk, akit Ausztriából hozatott ki egyházunk. Március 15-i emlékünnepélyünk nagyszerűen sikerült, ünnepi beszédet Bakay Árpád nyugalmazott református lelkész mondott. Ábrahám Dezső püspök gyülekezetünk lelkészét nevezte ki egyháztestünk képviselőjeként a ligonieri Nyomda Bizottságba. Március 8-án és 9-én lelkészünk résztvett a ligonieri lelkészkonferencián és hitmélyítő előadást tartott az imádságról. Magyarországról kapott értesüléseink szerint az egyházunk fejlődéséről szóló hírek eljutnak Hazánkba az Amerika Hangja és a Szabad Európa rádióállomásokon keresztül. Ugyancsak tudnak otthon egyházunk magyar mentő missziójáról. Nagypénteken este 7 órakor magyar, 7 óra 30-kor angol nyelvű istentisztelet lesz. Húsvétkor 9 óra 30- kor magyar úrvacsorái istentisztelet, 11 órakor angol nyelvű úrvacsorái istentisztelet lesz templomunkban. Húsvét vasárnapján délután 2 órakor lesz urvacsorai istentisztelet, melyre szeretettel hívjuk és várjuk gyülekezetünk tagjait.
