The attendance was good, in addition to our members we had the pleasure of having the young people from the local Hungarian Presbyterian Church with us. Mrs. Paulene Botty, a professor at the University of Youngstown, gave a very inspiring talk on juvenile delinquency. The following officers were elected: Richard Apáti (Akron), President; Michael Mrakovich (Youngstown), Vice President; Charlene Nagy (Duquesne), Secretary; Karin Dobj (McKeesport), Treasurer; Marcy Farkas (Akron), William Kish and John Fodo (both of Detroit), Members-at-Large. The Rev. Kalman Adorján, Mr. John Farkas (Akron) and Mr. Gene Chepke (Youngstown) will serve as advisors. The group was reminded that dues should be paid by the next meeting, which is to be held on June 26-27 at Detroit, Michigan — the main part of the meeting being scheduled for Saturday. A committee was formed for a preliminary study of a permanent camp site for our national conferences. The Eastern group is asked to do the same and share their findings with us; if it is feasible, a joint committee would report to our national body. After supper, which was served by the good women of our church at Youngstown, dancing followed. The whole meeting was held in a fine Christian fellowship.
