426 SUMMARY Mosaics to the "4th paradigm"

... (or, concrete facts and abstracts within the issues of the information society) The author attempts to organize - through the history of science - some of the criteria of the period following the industrial society. He surveys the major publications of the eighties and some of the implications related also to the nature of the field of information-communication. He outlines six open questions. Finally, he endeavours to discuss the matter of self organization, concluding with the significance of the combination based on self organization and external organization of human information economy.
