The statement "... hu risalede olan mesail her ne ki varise birkaç kitablardan ahz olunmuşdur" (110b), declares that the author used numerous feraiz and fetva books, especially PİR ALİ BİRGİVÎ MEHMED <see N o s 54 and 63> EFENDl's İnkazii'l-halikin, as sources (155a). However, the author does not give his own name. It is preceded by the risale s entitled Hilyetü'n-Nebi (la-65a), Kitabii't-tuhfe (68a-98b) and Feraiz kitabı (98b110b). 8. The preceding works in the manuscript are Kitab-ı Risale-i şerif (lbN5a) and Tuhfetü's-sıbyan (45b67b), the following ones Faslu fi's-salavati'r-Regaib (86b-93a), Kitab-i imameyn (93a-102b) and Vefatü'n-Nebi (102b-109a). 45
