Ming hai san juan "The Clear Ocean, Vol. 3," where ming "clear" is perhaps for the homonymous ming "name" and thus it is for "The Ocean of Names," Mong. Nere-yin dalai, Tib. Min-gi rgya-mcho. Ff. la-2b are printed in red in a double frame with two icons on ff. la and 2a (jo-wo AdiSa [= jo-bo Atisa] and 'Brom baySi; Bancin boyda and ?Rje-bcun dam-pa [x: 'y cwq b'jun damba]; their names in the inner "ears"). A garland of nine monster heads adorns the text from above and a band of lotus petals forms the foot of the text space. F. 2b has no icons and ornaments. From 2b on: black print. Last page f. 104a, printed in red, with ornaments like those of ff. l-2a and with icons: Ulân Maq-a-gala/Beg-che and Bisman tngri/Nam-sras. Wei "end" is added to its Chinese pagination.
