PLB nos. 152-154, MHBL nos. 492-493; concertina printed in black on yellowish Chinese paper on one side only, 219.5 : 21.8 cm (3 sheets glued together to form a long band) folded into 27 full "pages" preceded and followed by two unfull ones. No cover on title, no pagination. Pages [2-26] are divided by a triple horizontal line (8.4 cm from the upper double-lined horizontal rule; distance between the upper and the lower double-lined rule: 18.5 cm; width of the "page": 7.7 to 8 cm; the upper field of the "page" bears an icon; 4 vertical lines of alliterative verses are printed on the lower field, except pp. [25-26] with 8 lines of prose text on each, with the rest of the text on p. [27]. Full title on p.
