right arm and leg are missing, but rather because of postdisturbing than some ritual action, while the 13 th and 14 th graves were next to each other in a big pit of the Lengyel culture. The 14 th was covered with a pile stacked up of irregular blocks of limestone, and partly this covered the 13 th as well. This rare burial habit occurs in the Ludanice culture. The connection of the way of burying to the Ludanice culture strengthens the theory developed from the pottery that the graves belong to the north Transdanubian Middle Copper Age find horizon. 19
