Dr. Tóth Sándor: A negyedik Bakony-kutató ankét (Zirc, 1972. szept. 26–27.)
next region to studi is the North Bakony Mts. He points out that the research of mammals has been rather reglected, more exact data are only available on the wild game fauna of the Bakony Mts. József Tölgyesi: The research programme of "The Nature Landscape of the Bakony Mts." and its connections with the school teaching of biology and geography. The lecture devoted special care to the connections of the Bakony Research programme and school teaching (exhibitions, publications). It stressed the importance of undertaking smaller even partial tasks by the teachers teaching biology and geography within the scope of "The Nature Landscape of the Bakony Mts". Great interest was shown in the lectures delivered at the sessions of the meeting which was clearly reflected by the many contributions and answers put to the lecturers. Thus, we may safely conclude that the conference was a success and it may be looked back upon as an important milestone in the Bakony research programme. The lecturers not only discussed past achievements but some pointed out tasks to be completed in the future. To close the sessions several remarks were made which expressed hope that in the future the research workers would have more opportunity to meet and discuss common problems. Sándor Tóth
