SA VARIA, 23/2 (Pars historico-naturalis) a b Fig. 2. a-b. The aedeagus of Chrysolina eurina (Frivaldszky, 1883) (a - ventral view, b - lateral wiev) Chrysolina eurina (Frivaldszky, 1883) [syn.: Chrysomela perplexa (Breit, 1920)] — Felsöszölnök: Hampó-volgy, 03.08.1993, VK; Kétvölgy: Ritkaháza, 09.08.1994, VK. — Only three specimens have been known so far from the Car­pathian Basin, from Transsylvania {Bihar Mt., 1878., Merkl; one holotypus and two paratypus, HNHM). Additional specimens known to me are deposited in the collections listed below: two specimens in the collection of Blagoy GRUEV (Plovdiv, Bulgaria): Austria: Donau-Auen bei Wien, Klosternbg., 17.8.19., Breit (copied out from the original labels); two specimens in the collection of Mauro DACCORDI (Torino, Italy): Donauauen ex coll. Winkler; several specimens are also known from the original series of „perplexa' collected by BREIT, all samples bear the label: Austr. Breit, Donauauen (personal communication of Horst KIPPENBERG (Herzogenaurach, Germany)). In the territory of Őrség two specimens were collected, of which, fortunately, one specimen was male, so the study of the aedeagus provided evi­dence for the occurrence of this species on the recent territory of Hungary (Figs. 2-3.). Chrysolina fastuosa (Scopoli,1763) — Apátistvánfalva: Zsida-patak, 26.05.1983, PA; Csörötnek: Huszászi-patak, 22.08.1980, 21-22.08.1982, RI (2, pcIR); 21.05.1983, (2), 21-22.08.1983, RI (2); 18.06.1993, RI (3, pcIR); Farkasfa: Nagy­erdő, 29.07.1989, RI (1, pcIR); Felsőmarác: Himfai parkerdő, 19.08.1984, (2), 03.05.1986, PA; Felsöszölnök, 19.06.1993, RI (1, pcIR); 06.07.1993, TCs; Fel­söszölnök: Török-patak völgye, 26.06.1994, VK; Hegyhátszentjakab: Vadása-tó, 30.05.1982, (9), 28.05.1983, 02.05.1986, PA (2); 28.05.1983, RI (4); 28.05.1983, 177 moha láp, 28.05.1983, RI-RA (2). — A common pest of Solanaceae species all over the country. Frequent in őrség. Chrysolina cuprina (Dufschmidt, 1825) — Magyarszombatfa: Vörös-part, 23.08.1980, RI (1, pcIR). — Not so common on the mountainous regions of Hun­gary.
