MELIKA, G.: The gall-maker cynipids of őrség (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) Andricus caliciformis (Giraud, 1859) (unisexual gen. only) — Orfalu; Szalafő. — Distributed locally, only on Quercus robur and Q. petraea. Andricus callidoma (Hartig, 1819) (unisexual gen. only) — Felsoszölnök; Kondorfa: Fovég; Kondorfa: Lugos-patak völgye; Magyarszombatfa: Szentgyörgyvölgyi-patak. — Locally common on Quercus robur and Q. petraea. Inquilines : Synergus gallaepomiformis Fonscolombe. Andricus conglomerates (Giraud, 1859) (unisexual gen. only) — Felsoszölnök. — Locally common on Quercus robur and Q. petraea. Andricus coriarius (Hartig, 1843) (unisexual gen. only) — Szalafo. — On Quercus robur, Q. petraea and Q. delachampii. Andricus curvator Hartig, 1840 (bisexual gen.) — Felsoszölnök; Kondorfa: Fovég; Kondorfa: Lugos-patak völgye; Szalafő. — Common everywhere in Őrség. On Quercus robur, Q. petraea and Q. delachampii. Andricus fecundator (Hartig, 1840) (unisexual gen. only) — Apátistvánfalva: Zsida-patak völgye; Felsoszölnök; Kondorfa: Fővég; Kondorfa: Lugos-patak völgye; Magyarszombatfa: Szentgyörgyvölgyi-patak; Orfalu; Szőce. — Common on Quercus robur, Q. petraea and Q. delachampii. Andricus fecundator (Hartig, 1840) (bisexual gen) — Felsoszölnök. — Only a few galls were found on Quercus robur. Andricus glutinosus (Giraud, 1859) (unisexual gen. only) — Felsoszölnök; Orfalu; Szalafő. — Locally common on Quercus robur and Q. petraea. Andricus grossulariae Giraud, 1859 (bisexual gen. only) — Szalafő: Felsőszer. — Rare in Őrség. It was collected on catkins of Quercus cerris. Inquilines: Synergus thaumocerus Dalman. Andricus hungaricus (Hartig, 1843) (unisexual gen only) — Felsoszölnök; Kondorfa: Fővég; Kondorfa: Lugos-patak völgye; Magyarszombatfa: Szentgyörgyvölgyi-patak; Orfalu; Szalafő; Szőce. — Very common, locally abundant (especially in Szalafő: Felsőszer). On Quercus robur only. Very often ants of Leptothorax nylanderi Foerster (the species common everywhere in Őrség) make their colonies in the previous year's galls. In Felsoszölnök we found galls in which Leptothorax affinis Mayr had made their nests. Inquilines: Synergus umbraculus Olivier. Andricus inflator Hartig, 1840 (bisexual gen.) — Apátistvánfal va: Zsidapatak völgye; Felsoszölnök; Kondorfa: Fővég; Kondorfa: Lugos-patak völgye; Magyarszombatfa: Szentgyörgyvölgyi-patak; Orfalu; Szalafő; Szőce. — Common on Quercus robur and Q. petraea. Andricus kollari Hartig, 1843 (unisexual gen.) — Felsoszölnök; Kondorfa: Fővég; Kondorfa: Lugos-patak völgye; Magyarszombatfa: Szentgyörgyvölgyipatak; Orfalu; Szalafő. — Locally common. On Quercus robur, Q. petraea and Q. delachampii. Very often ants of Leptothorax nylanderi Foerster make their colonies in the previous year galls. Some species of tortricid moths pupated in the outer part of the gall parenchima. Young, one year old galls were found only in Magyarszombatfa (Szentgyörgyvölgyi-patak völgye) and on one small oak in Szalafő: 240
