VÍG, К.: Leaf beetle collection of Attila Podlussâny (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae) Chrysolina deubeli (Ganglbauer, 1897) ROMANIA — Kovászna [=Covasna county]: Háromszéki-havasok [=Мип{п Breícuj, Lakoca (1700 m), 10.VII.1985, PA. Distribution in the Carpathian Basin: Distributed in the mountains of the Southern Carpathians: Retezat Mts. [=Mun{ii Retezat], Azuga, Keresztény-havas [=Cristianul Mare], Gyalui Mts. [=Masivul Gilan-Mt. Mare], Bihar Mts. [=Mun|ii Bihorului]. There are some specimens from Siófok (Transdanubia, Hungary) identical in general appearance with the Transsylvanián specimens, but the locality is unreliable. General distribution: Romania (Transsylvania). Chrysolina eurina (J. Frivaldszky, 1883) HUNGARY — Vas county: Őrség, Őriszentpéter: Bárkás-tó, 8.X.1983, PA; Veszprém county: Bakony, Kisszépalma-puszta, 2.IX.1989, PA. Distribution in the Carpathian Basin: Only three specimens have been known so far from the Carpathian Basin, from Transsylvania ("Bihar Mts., 1878., МегкГ; one holotypus and two paratypus, HNHM, Budapest). Additional specimens known to me are deposited in the collections listed below: two specimens in the collection of Blagoy GRUEV (Plovdiv, Bulgaria) ("Austria: Donau-Auen bei Wien, Klosternbg., 17.8.19., Breit") (copied out from the original labels); two specimens in the collection of Mauro DACCORDI (Torino, Italy) ("Donauauen ex coll. Winkler"); several specimens are also known from the original series of "perplexa" collected by BREIT; all samples bear the label: "Austr. Breit, Donauauen" (personal communication of HORST KIPPENBERG (Herzogenaurach, Germany)). Two specimens are also known in the collection of Andrzej BlENKOWSKI (Moscow, Russia) ("Austria: envir. Vienna, Kritzendorf, 29.8.1919" and "Austria, 19.8.1919"). In the territory of Őrség (Western Hungary) two specimens were collected of which, fortunately, one specimen was male, so the study of the aedeagus provided evidence for the occurrence of this species on the recent territory of Hungary (ViG 1996; ViG and ROZNER 1996). Since that time, additional specimens were captured in the territory of Duna-Dráva National Park (Őrtilos,. Vázvár; Southern Hungary) (ViG 1998b) and from the Hanság (Lébény: Tölgyes, 4.VI.2001, leg: Ottó. MERKL) and Szigetköz (Rajka, 2.VI.2000, leg: Attila PODLUSSÂNY) (VÍG in press). The occurrence of this species was also reported from Slovakia (Male Trakany and Humenné) (ZUBER 1997) and from Czechia (Bfclav-Pohansko) (ZÚBER 1999). Its food plant is Tanacetum vulgare L. General distribution: Austria, Hungary, Romania (Bihar Mts.), Slovakia, Czechia. It was really surprising when it came to my ear that two С eurina (Frivaldszky) specimens were collected by pitfall trap in Moscow region (Russia) ("Russia, Moscow reg., Lukhovtsy Distr., envir. Chernaja village, 27.7-31.8.2000, leg. N. B. Nikitsky"). Specimens are deposited in the Zoological Museum of Moscow State 60
