Schematic map of Kőszeg vicinity LIST OF SPECIES AND LOCALITIES Andricus aestivalis Giraud, 1859 — Only the sexual generation is known to induce catkin galls on Q. cerris. Alsó-forest only. Andricus ambiguus (Trotter, 1899) — Only the asexual generation was found on buds of Q. robur and Q. petraea. Andricus aries (Giraud, 1859) — Only the asexual generation is known to induce bud galls on Q. robur and Q. petraea. Alsó-forest only. Andricus burgundus Giraud, 1859 — Only the sexual generation is known to induce bud galls on Q. cerris. Very common in the Alsó-forest. Andricus caliciformis (Giraud, 1859) — Only the asexual generation is known to induce galls on accessory buds on Q. petraea and Q. robur (most common). Andricus caputroedusae (Hartig, 1843) — Only the asexual generation is known to induce galls on acorns and on acorn cups ón Q. petraea, Q. pubescens and Q; robur. Andricus conglomerates (Giraud, 1859) — Only the asexual generation is known to induce bud galls on shoots on Q. petraea, Q. pubescens and Q. robur. Andricus conificus (Hartig, 1843) — Only the asexual generation is known to induce galls on older trunks on accessory buds on Q. petraea and Q. robur. 118
