The new wool was untreated and was obtained directly from the sheep. The composition of contemporary wool carpets was studied on carpets originating from the Domus Supermarket from the city of Kaposvár. The carpets were scratched with the fingernails until we collected ca. 2-3 g of sample per carpet.
